Are the calculators free?
Yes. The current web calculators are free to use without an account.
Can I save results?
Yes. My Staxx Lite can save results locally in your browser. These saves are stored on this device only for now.
Why are saves local only?
Local saves let the website stay simple and useful while the full My Staxx web account system is prepared. The mobile apps are being built around stronger saved results, projects, exports and sync.
Are the results exact?
The tools are intended for estimating. Materials, ingredients, packs and product coverage can vary by brand, surface, method and waste allowance. Always check product labels, recipes or job requirements before buying.
Can I use a room area in another calculator?
Yes. Room Area results can be sent to Paint, Flooring, Tile and Wallpaper calculators using the result action buttons.
Do you store my calculator inputs?
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. If you use Save result, the result is stored locally in that browser using local storage.
Is Home & Garden available as an app?
Home & Garden is planned as part of the ToolStaxx app ecosystem. The website is being built first to prove the tools and workflows.
Can I request a calculator?
Yes. Use the contact page and tell us what calculation you need, what inputs you expect and what result would be useful.
