Privacy Policy
How ToolStaxx handles information.
Last updated: 30 June 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how ToolStaxx handles information when you use the website, contact forms, local saved results, Google AdSense, analytics and planned account features.
Who we are
ToolStaxx provides web calculators, local saved results and planned Staxx apps. Contact: hello@toolstaxx.com.
What we collect
- Information you type into the contact form, including your name, email, topic and message.
- Basic technical information normally processed by WordPress and hosting, such as IP address, browser type, security logs and server logs.
- Privacy-conscious error information such as broken URL paths and JavaScript error messages, used to find faults. ToolStaxx does not intentionally store form values in these logs.
- Local saved calculator results if you choose to save them. These are stored in your browser, not in a ToolStaxx account.
How we use it
- To respond to contact messages.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To improve calculators, find broken links or JavaScript errors, and respond to support requests.
- To remember local saved results on your own device when you use My Staxx Lite.
Local storage
My Staxx Lite uses browser storage to save results on your device. Clearing browser data, changing browser or using private browsing may remove local saves.
Sharing and retention
Contact form messages are sent to the site administrator email. Hosting, security and WordPress tools may process technical data. Messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage support.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information you have sent through the contact form. UK users also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
